CORE MAT

Core mat is a kind of felt which is mainly composed of polyester fiber or glass fiber and particles, and is bonded into a whole by an adhesive soluble in styrene. 

PRODUCT FEATURES

1.Excellent mechanical properties, good specific stiffness, outstanding impact resistance and fatigue resistance.

2.Good operability and wettability, very suitable for hand paste and spray molding process.

3.Excellent weight reduction, the resin consumption is about 600g/㎡ for every 1mm increase in the thickness of the laminated layer.

4. Improve the appearance of products, and eliminate the lines of glass fiber and special-shaped parts.

5.Quickly increase the ply thickness and save the operation time.
